2025 MOON Over Salem Vendor Application

Vendors managed by The Salem Flea. Moon Fest’s MOON Over Salem is a multi-venue music festival showcasing local music and musicians. Proceeds from MOON Fest directly benefits NAGLY.

When: Sept 13 2025 from 12pm-6pm

Where: Outdoor in Historic Derby Square.

All Vendors who are vending will receive qty of 2 All Access Passes for the 7 multi location music fest.

Spaces:

  • Outdoor 10x10 Tent space ($125)

Event is rain or shine. Because this event is to benefit a cause, in the event of cancellation there will be no refunds or credits for future events from MOON or the Salem Flea.

APPLICATION DEADLINE July 25th

We will review all applications and will contact you via email with confirmation if you have been accepted. We will contact applicants by August 1st. If we don’t contact you with a response those applicants thank you for applying but you will be added to our waitlist.
