The Salem Flea Marketplace located in Downtown Salem at the old piano factory building of 11 Dodge Street Court will be a home, and launching point, for owner-operators with independent businesses.

A unique shopping experience of a curated list of independent businesses creates a marketplace that is unlike no other for fresh vintage finds, unique gifts, and hand crafted goods.
We take very seriously the decision to invite individuals into our business community. We organize The Salem Flea, an outdoor market of curators, collectors, and artists in nearby Derby Square. We are expanding our offerings to have the same unique marketplace experience within Salem but in a Brick and Mortar experience. We work to create a sense of belonging for any business owner who comes into The Salem Flea Marketplace. We are a LGBTQ owned business so our philosophy guidelines extend and we expect any individual we work with to respect us, our staff, the other businesses at the Market, and our guest community.

Boston-based artist, Olivia MacDonald is best known for her ink drawings she has been creating every day since the winter of 2018. She holds an extensive collection of thought-provoking and unconventionally playful black and white designs, metaphors for her daily experiences and thoughts. Self-taught, Olivia began creating art as a means of expression and experimentation ever since she was a child. After receiving her BFA in creative writing with a minor in illustration in 2020, she now works as a full-time artist and entrepreneur.
Her commission work ranges from custom tattoo designs to music album covers, gig posters, logos, and product labels for worldwide clients like Hilko Guitars and Brahmin designer handbags. She is a featured artist with Strathmore Artist Papers and Sakura of America and her work has been exhibited in local establishments and art fairs.

THE FELT FANATIC
The Felt Fanatic specializes in all things authentic vintage nostalgia! The Felt Fanatic was founded in 2015 by Salem resident and former school teacher Zach Goodman. Zach uses his expertise in vintage pennants and sports memorabilia to curate some of the most sought after items among sports collectors. The Felt Fanatic has been established at The Salem Flea in Derby Square since 2016. Thanks to the support of the Salem Flea community, The Felt Fanatic evolved beyond one day popups and into a brick and mortar popup on Newbury St in Boston for much of 2018. By 2019, a permanent location was built here in The Witch City, at 41 Mason St #6. The Felt Fanatic has been featured in the annual ESPN Holiday Gift Guide and was awarded the reader’s choice in Northshore Magazine’s Best of the North Shore in 2021 for Men’s Clothing.
